Making baby food is surprisingly easy. I will show how I make butternut squash in this tutorial. This one I am preparing for the freezer. There are many things you can freeze for a couple weeks, and others that can not be froze. Green beans for example will separate and become awkward if put in the freezer.
Things you will need:
1 butternut squash or acorn squash
one bowl
some aluminum foil
blender
coffee cup
spoon
2 baggies labeled and dated
Pre-Heat your oven to 375 degrees
Wrap up your squash and set in a bowl, pan, or whatever you want that may catch the juice that may leak out. I do not skin, cut or even poke holes in the squash. I like to leave all juices in for nutritional purposes I guess... Or maybe its because I'm lazy.
