I've been really determined to get to my ideal weight. I tried the whole "love your curves" thing but I was not happy with my appearance so I started to change things up. I've lost about 15 lbs in about 4 weeks and want to loose 15 more. being a stay at home mom with the fridge right next to me was always hard for me and on top of that I live 20 min away from the gym. I'll share my easy changes with you.

2. If I go over my Cal for the day I will vacuum, run up the stairs or do something extra to burn it off.
3. I cut out almost all sugar and NO pop!
4. Instead of taking the kids to the park and just sitting at the bench, I take advantage of the play equipment and get right in there with them. join in on the tag game. I've also stayed busy with yard work and walks.
